Order Status: Pending Payment

This is what my Order Status reads:

Order Number: HL2009062015
Date: 06/20/2009
Time: 21:32:45

Status: Pending Payment

Item Subtotal: $18.95
Shipping: $9.56
Total Amount: $28.51

Now I don't understand the Status. Here's why: I checked my Visa Check Card and it shows that I transfered $28.51 dollars when I purchased the Blue Mist Shisha last night, but it shows that it was transfered to a LLC group, not Hookah Lounge. So my account shows the transfer but the payment is pending. Why so?
