RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At BuyHookah.com our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to BuyHookah.com within 30 days of receipt of item(s). Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within one business days of receipt of merchandise.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the amount of the original purchase. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund the shipping and handling charges as well.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, BuyHookah.com reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%:
How to Return an Item
- Email us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Make sure to include all accessories and items originally sent with your order. Any missing items will be charged against your refund or credit amount.
- Once you receive authorization from our customer service for a return mail the item(s) to the following address:

Rules
- Used merchandise can not be returned or exchanged.
- Products marked "Clearance" are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Very few items carry their own return policies and the above guidelines do not apply. Please refer to the return policy information that came with your item for more details.
- All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
